1. About CharterPrep

CharterPrep is an independent CIMA exam preparation platform. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in any way connected to the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA), Kaplan, or any other official body. Our content is based on publicly available syllabus information and original question authorship.

2. What You Are Purchasing

When you purchase a module, you receive:

• 60 days of access from the date of purchase to the question bank, practice engine, and readiness tools for the purchased module(s).
• Access is personal and non-transferable. You may not share your account credentials.
• This is a one-time payment. There are no recurring charges or subscriptions.
• After 60 days, access to the module expires. Your account remains active and you may purchase again.

3. No Guarantee of Results

CharterPrep is a study aid. We make no guarantee, express or implied, that use of our platform will result in passing any CIMA examination. Exam outcomes depend on individual effort, preparation, and circumstances beyond our control.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share, resell, or distribute access to the platform or its content.
• Copy, reproduce, or republish question content for any commercial purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or circumvent access controls.
• Use the platform in any way that violates applicable law.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your account without refund.

5. Payments and Billing

All payments are processed by Paddle.com, who act as Merchant of Record for all transactions. Paddle's own terms of service apply to the payment transaction. The price shown at checkout includes any applicable VAT for your jurisdiction. CharterPrep does not store payment card details.

6. Refunds

Our refund policy is described in full on our Refund Policy page. In summary: you have a 14-day right of withdrawal under UK and EU consumer law, which you may waive at the point of purchase in exchange for immediate access to digital content.

7. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or are subject to a chargeback. We will attempt to notify you before taking action except in cases of serious breach.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CharterPrep's total liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant module. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Polish law. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights under the law of your country of residence.
