Refund Policy

1. Your Legal Right of Withdrawal
Under UK and EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of purchase without giving any reason.
However, for digital content (such as online question banks and study platforms), this right is lost once you have accessed the content — provided you have given explicit prior consent and acknowledged the loss of withdrawal right.

Before completing your purchase, you will be asked to confirm:
“I agree to immediate access to digital content and understand that I waive my 14-day right of withdrawal once access is granted.”
By checking this box and completing payment, your 14-day withdrawal right is waived and access is activated immediately.
2. When You Are Entitled to a Refund
We will issue a full refund in the following circumstances:
- You did not check the withdrawal waiver box and have not accessed the content within 14 days of purchase.
- You experienced a technical failure that prevented access and we were unable to resolve it within 5 business days.
- You were charged in error (duplicate transaction, incorrect amount).
3. When Refunds Are Not Available
- You have waived your withdrawal right at checkout and accessed the content.
- Your 60-day access period has expired.
- Your account was terminated for violation of our Terms of Service.
- You have changed your mind after accessing the content.
4. How to Request a Refund
Email us at charterprep@proton.me with:
- Your account email address
- Order number (from your Paddle receipt)
- Reason for the refund request
We will respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed by Paddle and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider.
